Oliver had been confused ever since he had seen Chase in his hotel then had dinner with her. He had sent multiple owls to his father but hadn't got any replies and he didn't really want to see him in person at the moment. He wanted to real story because at the moment he had only heard snippets from Chase that what he thought was the truth wasn't. He wanted his mind to rest whether he still hated her or realised he'd been lied to by his father. He knew his father was a bastard but he wasn't sure he would stoop that low. he hoped he wouldn't. He didn't want that in his blood.
He knew where Chase worked so he put on some nice clothes and made his way to the daycare. He would not let this wreck everything he had built by troubling him too much for him to work properly. He apparated to outside the daycare and took a deep breath before walking in. He looked around the reception but there was no-one there so he walked in further. He pushed open and door to see if there were any staff. Instead he saw lots of children running around. He winced slightly from the noise before something hit his leg.
He looked down at the boy who was now sitting on the floor rubbing his head. He knelt down and gave the boy a smile, not wanting to scare him. He put his hand on the boys shoulder.
"You alright there bud?" He asked.
The boy looked strangely familiar but how on earth would he know a kid? It was probably someone who had been staying in his hotel and he just recognized him from that. There was a tugging on his brain though he pushed it away.

Carver was playing with his new friend Tyger who he had met, the older boy was so nice and he was so funny too! Carver was glad to have made a new friend, he had been a little lonely having been playing by himself so when Tyger and he began to build a giant castle it had been so much fun! They had become good friends, the two boys causing havoc for the staff of the daycare, Carver's mummy being the one to have to catch the giggling boy as he ran about, sometimes even floating about with a bout of accidental magic. It was always a hectic day at the daycare, and today was no exception. As Carver ran about the playroom away from the monster Tyger a giggle escaped his lips as his face was split into a grin. His little legs tried to carry him as fast as they could but Tyger was taller and older than him which meant that Carver had to run twice as fast if he didn't want his friend to catch him. "Come on slowpoke!" Carver yelled back over his shoulder, not at all cautious about what was before him. The young boy soon felt something solid smack into him as he ran straight first into whatever had been in his way, knocking the boy clear off his feet. Rubbing his nose and forehead which were now sore from the impact, Carver looked up to see just what he had just run into. He saw a familiar man though standing there and Carver's face lit up like a lightbulb, the grin which split across his face one of absolute happiness. "Daddy you came to see me after all!" Carver yelled happily as he threw his arms around the man's neck as the familiar face from all those photos was crouched before him. "Mummy said you wouldn't come to see me, but you did!"Outfit

Oliver watched the kid, hoping he hadn't hurt him. It wouldn't be a good look if he turned up to see Chase and hurt one of the kids as soon as he walked in. He knew Chase would be passionate about this. To his surprise however the kid's dace lit up like it was Christmas day when he saw him. He frowned and turned to look behind him to see if he could spot what he had the kid so excited.
He then felt arms wrap around his neck and he nearly fell back from the force. Words were being yelled in his ear and as he realised what the kid was saying he panicked. He wasn't the kid's dad, he must be confused. Maybe he had run into him harder than Oliver had though. He also felt sadness for the kid as he heard that his mother had said his father wouldn't come. Did that mean the kid had no father. He reached up and pried him off him, pulling him away and putting him on his feet.
"Sorry kid, I'm not your dad. What's your name?" He asked liking the guy's spirit.
He then quickly looked around to see if he could see any of the supervisors for help but he couldn't. He was in a rather secluded place from the rest of the building so although he could hear a lot of voices, he couldn't see anyone. He made a mental note to tell Chase that, if he was a pedophile or something it would be too easy to take the kid in front of him.

Carver felt his heart drop as the man pulled him away, didn't his daddy want him? Mummy did say that his daddy didn't know about Carver because he was her little special baby, so special that his daddy couldn't know about him. Carver never really understood it though, he wanted his daddy so they could play together. Sure Carver loved his mummy and his pop and his gran, but he wanted a daddy who'd take him to the park to play like all the other daddies. Everyone always talked about their dads, it wasn't fair that Carver wasn't allowed to have one.
"But...but you are! You're my daddy!" Carver yelled, tears filling his eyes. "Why don't you want me!? Don't you love me!?" Mummy had lied all those times when she'd show him photos of his dad, she always said that his daddy loved him even if he didn't know about Carver. Mummy had promised him but now that Carver had actually met his daddy he didn't even want him!
"I-I'm Ca-Carber," said the little boy through his tears, hiccuping as he stumbled over the 'v' in his name, his nose already beginning to block up. He wanted his daddy, why didn't his daddy want him?

Oliver looked down at the kid in panic as he started yelling. he saw the tears in his eyes and the way his face scrunched up like he was about to start balling. His eyes widened and he looked around in desperation. What was he meant to do? He wasn't the kid's dad but he seemed adamant that he was. He was shocked when he started asking whether he loved him or not. What was he meant to say? He didn't want to get the kid's hopes up for nothing.
"Hey little man, it's okay." He said hoping someone would turn up and help him out. He had no experience with kids.
He looked at the kid as tears started to pour down his face and he felt his heart clench. He hated seeing kids cry. He then told him his name through all the mess and he smiled until something stuck in his mind. Carver. The kid wasn't pronouncing his words right because he was crying. His name was Carver. His panic soon became very, very real and an urgency entered his movement as he moved closer to the kid, moving onto his knees and grabbing his shoulders. He made sure he was gentle but he looked the kid straight in the eyes, his eyes.
'What's your mum's name?" He asked, his voice urgent.

Carver stood there crying, tears streaming down his face in rivers as his little heart broke. His daddy didn't want him, he didn't love him and his own daddy didn't care about him. Was this why mummy was always so sad to talk about Carver's daddy? His mummy would always look like she was about to cry whenever she told him bedtime stories about his daddy and how he was a prince who came to save her many many times. Carver wanted to be like his dad, a prince who'd save a princess one day but his daddy wasn't a prince he was the evil wizard!
"N-no it-it's not! How can this be o-okay, you h-hate me," Carver cried through his tears, "mummy said you'd l-love me!" Carver didn't understand, had he been a bad boy? Did he do something wrong to make his dad not love him?
Soon the man grabbed the young boy's shoulders and he was forced to blink away his tears just so he could see his daddy's face clearly. He sniffed, his nose blocked as he heard the question asked. "My mummy is Chas'ty..."

More and more panic was rising in Oliver. This kid was sure that he was his father and that scared him slightly. He looked at his face and now that he was being told that he was his father he could see the similarities, especially his eyes. he didn't know whether they were actually the same or whether his brain was playing tricks on him. He started going on about how it wasn't okay and that he hated him. Which he didn't of course because he didn't know the kid!
"Hey, I don't hate you." He said, desperately trying to get the kid to stop crying.
Then he did stop crying as he looked at him directly in the eyes. Oliver stopped breathing as he waited for an answer. This was it. The moment of truth. Depending on what his mother's name was would mean something. He knew if it was Chase then the facts were there. He thought back to his conversation with chase, 'Carver will be missing me.' It all made sense now. Then as he thought back more he heard something he hadn't heard the first time or at least acknowledged. She had said my baby.
Then the words were out the kids mouth and his whole world crashed around him. He looked at Carver, Chase's kid and... his? He stood and took a step away. He had a kid? he looked at the boy. He had said his mother had been telling him he was the father. That he loved him. He recognised him so he must of seen pictures. This was happening. He was a father. He felt anger bubbling inside him. This kid had to be around 5. He had been hidden from him for 5 years.
He felt a lot more anger force it's way into him though he didn't let it show in front of the kid. Instead he picked him up and put him on his side. He hoped he wouldn't scream and try to get away but just to make sure he spoke.
"I do love you kid." He said, knowing that he would love him, did love him. He was his flesh and blood.
He walked out of the small area he was in and saw the rest of the kids and the teachers. He saw one of them look at him with panic as she took in Carver on my hip but he ignored her. He was a man on a mission with one woman in mind. He looked outside and saw her black hair as she was picking up toys or something. All the kids were inside and he was glad about that. He walked out, his eyes narrow and deadly as he stared at her.
"Chase. Hi. Guess who I ran into when I walked in. My son. Funny since I didn't know I had one." He said, his anger in his words though not so much that would scare Carver. He knew that if it came to a fight Carver would probably choose his mother which was no surprise.

Chasity had been outside with the rainbow room, the group of children all being toddlers between the ages one to three. They had been playing in the sandpit and on the grass in the yard behind the daycare, and Chase had been there supervising and also playing with the young children. It reminded her of days when her own little boy had been as small as these boys and girls, all who were happily playing around her as she helped a little girl build a mound within the sand, Chase smiling brightly at the pure happiness which was reflected in the girl's eyes at her accomplishment. It had been a few days since she had seen Oliver at the hotel which he owned, and it had her craving for something more than this. She had gone so long without a special someone in her life, the only men in her life being her grandfather and her son. Chasity still loved Oliver even after all this but seeing that he had moved on, was accomplished and seemed to be content maybe it was time for her too? She needed to get on with life and to stop dwelling in her past love for her childhood sweetheart. Carver was always asking about his dad and while Chase would tell stories and show him pictures of them from their days together at Hogwarts it just wasn't the same as having an actual father figure in the young boy's life. Carver needed a father, and Chasity knew that Oliver wouldn't be able to be that person, so maybe it was time to start going out a little more, meet some new people... Once all the children had been called back inside for snack time, Chase was left outside to clean up the odd toys and sand buckets which the children had all dropped haphazardly in their haste to go inside. Picking up the trucks and spades, gathering them in her arms Chase moved them over to the wooden outdoor toy box which was up against the side of the building, placing them inside as she moved round to pick up some more. It was then a familiar voice spoke and Chase dropped the ball she had picked up in her shock, turning around to face Oliver. "Oliver...what are you doing here?" She felt her heart beat rise in panic, this wasn't good. Carver was here...Oliver could never find out, ever. But, from his cold words she knew that it was over, Oliver knew everything...Carver was his son. "I...I couldn't tell you...he told me that if I did he'd purposefully bring harm to my family and my son..." Chase bit her lip, looking down. Somehow this wasn't how she had planned her day to go, and she knew she'd have to do a lot of explaining and fast too from the looks of anger she was currently receiving from Oliver. "Carver is your son...and I'm sorry that you've only found out now. If I could have told you earlier I would have but I...I couldn't risk it. I put the safety of our son first, so you can't get mad at me for that."Outfit

Oliver stayed silent as Chase looked at him in panic. it must of been a sight seeing him appear with the son he didn't know about on his hip. His face was deathly still and his eyes held more anger than they ever had. Her leaving him was nothing compared to the fact she'd been hiding the fact he had a son for nearly 5 years. Was she ever going to tell him? Would he have gone through life not knowing about the fact he had a son? When she said he couldn't get angry at her, that was it.
He lifted Carver off his hip and put him on the ground. He knelt next to him, a warm smile coming over his face as he stroked his son's cheek affectionately. He looked into the eyes he knew had come from him.
"Can you leave Mummy and Daddy to talk for a bit?" He asked before nudging him in the direction of indoors. He stayed crouching as he watched him walk inside before his face hardened and he stood, facing Chase once more.
"I can't get angry at you can I? I can't get angry at the fact you hid my child from me for 5 years! I don't give a flying fuck who threatened you or whatever your story is! You hid my flesh and blood from me! I'm taking him back and you can fight me all you want but I will have my son. I thought I knew you Chase, I thought you were the one but after this? You kept my son hidden from me! I would never have thought you of all people could do such a thing." He yelled, his face red with anger and his voice like poison. "I will have my son." He said in a calmer voice.

Chasity watched as Oliver interacted with Carver, spoke to the young boy with so much love, much the same as he used to with her. She watched their little interchange as Oliver asked his son to go inside so he could speak with her. Chasity just stood there, the soft breeze blowing her black curls array as she tucked a strand behind her ear, her fingers stroking the feather which hung from her lobe. It soothed her a little, although her heart was still jumping wildly. Oliver was never supposed to find out about Carver...this really was bad news. As Oliver turned back to her that familiar cold expression he wore from the time they had met at the Fiery Dragon was on his face but this time Chasity didn't let it get to her, instead just letting him vent his anger. She knew he was upset, she'd be just as angered as he was if her child had been hidden from her for five years, but what was she supposed to do? What could she have done when she had been forced into such a situation? "I hid Carver because that devil of a father of yours threatened to make me abort my baby, hurt my grandfather and my mother, offered me money to leave and told me never to approach you again or he'd kill me!" Chase yelled back, hating the fact that Oliver thought that she did this all on purpose. "Do you think I wouldn't have told you? I had found out and had called your home but you were out so your father had answered so of course I had told him but his reaction had been the total opposite of what I had been expecting! He had yelled and me and called me a money hungry whore and a slut for having seduced you, he always hated me ever since we started to date! I shouldn't have put any hopes into having gotten any sort of approval from your family Oliver, I should have known not to say anything to your father but my excitement had gotten the better of me and I had just wanted to tell someone!""And I don't mind you being the father to Carver, you have every right to Oliver, but I won't let you near him with that bastard of a father you have watching you," Chase said sternly, her motherly instincts over-ridding any other thought about the current situation, her son's welfare the only thing in mind. "So you can be a father once you sort out whatever problems your father has with us, then when you do you can come back to see Carver but until then, leave and don't ever think of coming back to see Carver until then. Don't put him at risk."Outfit

Carver was picked up by his father, the tall man settling the young boy on his hip as Carver buried his face into his dad's side. A small smile graced his lips, absolute happiness reflected in it as he finally had his daddy. Carver had a daddy now, a real daddy! He was so happy, so excited! He couldn't wait to tell him mummy all about it!
As his daddy began to walk outside Carver wondered why until he saw his mummy out there cleaning up. He just smiled brightly, wondering whether he should speak up but the young boy saw the shock on his mummy's face and he kept quiet. He knew when his mummy was upset or was sad, he knew that it was better to let the 'grown-ups' handle this one, he was after all only five.
As his daddy finally set him down on the ground Carver dusted off his khaki colored shorts, biting his lip in nervousness as his little head turned back and forth between his mummy and his daddy. As his daddy asked him to go inside Carver just nodded silently, looking at his mummy as his green eyes looked up at her before he turned and shuffled inside, leaving the two adults outside.
Going back into the playroom Carver sat down against the wall, resting his head against his bent knees as he hid his secret smile. He was so happy to have a daddy now, but he shouldn't let anyone see because he knew that it was bad if they told his mummy. His mummy looked so scared, Carver had to wonder what had happened.

Oliver was breathing heavily as anger ran through his veins. He kept his narrowed eyes aimed at Chase the entire time and he was glad that she didn't interrupt him. A silence fell for only seconds before she started yelling back. What she said hit him hard and his eyes widened only slightly. He listened as she spoke and he heard the truth in her words. She had left because she'd been forced to. His father had forced her to leave. He took a step back when he realised she truly believed it. It wasn't an excuse for her.
She was talking to him fiercely as she said he could see his son as long as his father wasn't involved. She was truly scared for their son's life. As soon as she was done talking he turned away from her, took a step and apparated. He appeared in his father's manor and he walked through the halls until he appeared in his office. Since his father had multiple hotels he worked from home. he burst in to see his father's back.
"Is it true?" He demanded.
He watched as his father's shoulder's slumped and he turned to face him, standing as he did so. He had narrowed eyes as he watched him the entire time. His father walked over to his window and looked out before turning to face him once more. He was getting old and it was showing.
"It's true Oliver. She came to me, saying she was pregnant and I told her to leave. Of course it was for your own good. She isn't pure. Do you want to be responsible for wrecking our bloodline? No, of course not. It was all for the best. Why? Has she approached you?" he asked with narrowed eyes.
In that moment Oliver felt his eyes widen in horror. Everything was true. The love of his life, his soul mate had been chased away by his father while 18 and pregnant. He realised in horror everything she must of been through and he hadn't been there for her. All his anger disappeared as he looked at the man in front of him. Within seconds he had him pressed against the wall, his wand at his throat.
"If you so much as think about harming her I'll kill you old man. How dare you threaten my girlfriend and my unborn child." He hissed, so much hate and anger in his voice that fear made it's way onto his father's face.
Oliver took a step back and spat on him.
"This is the last time you're ever going to see me. I am going back to the woman I'm going to marry and my son. If you ever, and I mean ever, lay a finger on either of them. I will kill you as slow as possible. Do you understand?" He asked.
His father looked like he wanted to argue but he didn't. He just nodded. Oliver then turned to his father's desk and with a flick of his wand everything was flying wildly around the room. He apparated back to the daycare, appearing where he had left. He looked around, saw Chase and stormed towards her with determination on his face. He walked right up to her and grabbed her face and kissing her as hard and passionately as he could.

Chasity didn't say or do anything in reaction to Oliver stepping away from her only to apparate away, he probably was mad. She couldn't do anything about that though, she had only told him the truth, something she should have done a long time ago, five years too long ago. She felt as if a weight had been lifted from her shoulders and she realized just how much the guilt for the past five years had been piling up, affecting her.
The young woman just continued to clean up, this time slower than she had before, mulling over what she was going to do now. If Popplewell Senior found out that Chasity had told Oliver the truth she was at danger once more, she'd have to move again and ask for her mother to be looked after by the healers, a few who were aware of the situation and were sympathetic for the family. It was going to be hard to explain it to Carver, her son wasn't going to understand, especially since now he had a father who Chasity was sure Carver would want to know. She knew Carver wanted a father and she wouldn't deny her son that, but it was hard with who was standing between Oliver and their son which happened to be his family.
Walking back to the wooden toy box she placed the rest of the toys back in, dusting off her hands as she moved over to grass, picking up a skipping rope which she must have missed. As she began to move back to the building to replace the toy in it's rightful place the familiar sound of someone apparating sounded as Chasity looked up in surprise. She knew that face of course, he had just been there moments before...Why had Oliver come back?
As he began to storm towards her Chasity stumbled back a bit in fear, was he mad? Was he here to try and hurt her? No, Oliver wouldn't hurt her, no matter how much he hated her Chasity knew that the male would never intentionally hurt anyone, even in anger. As he came closer she gulped, looking around wildly to see an escape but saw none, only a fence around the outdoor area, the building was behind Oliver meaning that she couldn't run inside.
Oliver finally came so close that he was right before her and she raised her hands to try and put some distance between her and her childhood sweetheart. Chasity felt familiar hands on her face as she looked up in familiar green eyes in surprise before warmth was pressing against her lips. She realised what was happening, Oliver was kissing her! She soon melted into the familiarity of it, the heat and passion kicking up as her hands grabbed at his shirt, not caring if she got it rumpled but instead just relishing in the fact that Oliver was currently snogging the life out of her.

Oliver had seen the fear in Chase's eyes as he walked towards her and that had only fueled him on. It was time for that fear to stop. She was living in constant fear. Fear that his father would come and harm her or her family. He was going to take that away. There would be no more for her to fear. His father was lucky he left him unharmed because he had it in his mind to go back and curse him for what he had done. Instead he would do something he knew would kill him slowly from the inside and that was leave him. His father was all about image and now his son had abandoned his family. His only son.
Oliver felt Chase melt beneath his hands just like she always had. He couldn't describe the feeling of kissing her again if someone had asked him to. The closest he would of been able to get would be pure bliss. Everything about her was familiar, everything was exactly how he remembered. He loved how she gripped his shirt, the way she fit against him. It was how it was meant to be. He kissed her for 5 minutes straight before he pulled away and looked her in the eye.
"I love you Chasity May Brookes. I have for over 10 years now. You were my first and last everything and I intend to keep it that way. My father isn't a problem anymore, you can be with me and our son will be safe. I know we've been lost for 5 years but I found you again baby and I intend to keep you." He said quietly, his eyes never straying from hers.

Chasity couldn't believe this was happening at all, it all felt like a dream. Oliver was back with her, kissing her, holding her face as gently as he used to, kissing her with equal ferociousness as they once had five years back. It was all the same, even after so long with being without each other it was all still perfect, the way he held her, the way it felt to have her hands in his shirt as she pressed up against his chest, her head tilted back slightly to be able to kiss the taller male, her black hair falling down her back.
As they finally pulled away from one another Chasity took a deep breath, a little out of it from their kiss which had seemed to go on for ever. As she looked up at him she just let a small, silly smile cross her face at the pure happiness from Oliver being back with her again. Whatever had happened when he had left must have been good because he was there with her, and he was back in her life and Chasity knew she wouldn't let him go, not after so long.
At his words she felt tears prick at her eyes, slowly falling from her light grey orbs. "I love you too Ollie, all this time I've loved you and I couldn't ever forget about us" Chase whispered out, resting her head against his wide chest, breathing in his scent. "Don't leave me again...please."
