Chase couldn't believe what his life was turning into. He hadn't talked to Sky in over a month, he'd barely seen him. He had a girlfriend and he had a sister. The last one he'd always known but now she knew too. He had to tell him mum about what had happened because she deserved to know. She needed to know her daughter didn't hate her. Well, that's what he thought at this point. Maybe now she had time to digest it, it would change. He hoped not. He didn't want to lose her without really having her. He knew however that now the first part was over, it would be a lot harder to get rid of him. He no longer felt the weak vulnerability he had before. He gave the letter to his owl and watched it fly out the window.
He felt a new found strength within him, the old one he had before. He had lost it of recent which was why his life was slightly fucked up. He had a list of things he wanted to do. First of all, was fix things with Sky. He knew the silence was probably his fault, he had made no effort and therefore Sky was probably hurt or offended. They hadn't exactly left on great terms. Chase would kiss that boy if it meant they would be friends again though he wasn't sure how Imogen would react.
He turned to leave, only to see the devil behind him. His eyes went wide and he stood stock still. He had wanted to fix this but it was like the pressure of telling Chandler all over again. He stared at his best friend, because he was still his best friend in his eyes. How had he let them sink to this? He cleared his throat and looked away awkwardly. Surely it would be clear to Sky that Chase didn't hate him. If Chase hated him he would act like it, not like this. He ran a hand through his hair before looking at him to speak.
"Hey Sky.. how have you been?" He asked awkwardly, not moving any closer. He wanted to tell him about Imogen and Chandler but he wasn't about to do so until they were on alright terms. He needed to know if Sky hated him which could very well be the case.
