While Lucien may have given up taking hits of drugs it didn't stop her from smoking and drinking, although as of late she had been resorting more to smoking to get over her addiction. She was a drug addict, so in her withdrawal from the various and copious amounts she had taken over the years she turned to smoking more, a get away from the cravings her body was aching for. She wasn't going to give in though, not after all that hard work of giving up for Jackson. She didn't want to revert back to her old ways, not if he was going to leave her.
Skipping out of class for the day Lucien sat in the girl's lavatory, sucking on a cigarette as she blew out puffs of smoke, glad to get away from the silence and stuffiness of the classroom. Taking her time there she crossed her thin legs, the altered uniform she wore breaking every school rule but it was much more comfortable then before.
Stubbing out the cancer stick against the ledge which she sat on, her legs dangling over the edge as she leant back against the cool glass, her bright red hair catching the sunlight. Hearing the door open Luce looked over, smiling as she saw who walked in.
"Hey girl, whatcha doing here?" Lucien asked as she tapped out another cigarette from the packet she hid in her bag, lighting it up with the small lighter she had as she blew out a cloud of smoke, watching it rise up into the high ceiling above.

Hazel was sharing a class with Graham. It was the only one she had with him but it was torture. She could feel his gaze even when he wasn't looking. She knew he hated her with all his being and she hated herself for that. However she knew she had done the right thing, if he ever found out then Graham would be in danger. Now with this new uprising of the dark she knew that he was involved. He would be powerful and dangerous and he could get away with murder if he wanted to. After a while she had to leave. She felt like hate was closing in around her.
She excused herself and left, not really expected to come back since she took her books with her. She didn't really need to do well. She was never going to go anywhere in her life. She was going to be a pureblood wife to a very cruel man. Or, she sometimes dreamed about escaping. Going somewhere they'd never find her and just dancing. Of course that's all it was, a dream. She pushed open the door to the girls bathroom and rose her head as someone spoke.
"Oh hey Lucien. Escaping. Mind if I join you?" She asked as she walked over and hauled herself up onto the windowsill next to her red-headed friend.

"Of course not, take a seat girl," Lucien said as she patted the place next to her on the window ledge for her girlfriend to sit down at, her other hand already occupied with the cigarette. Taping the ashes off the end into a ashtray Lucien had transfigured from one of her pots of ink she carried for the odd occasion she ever did need to write down notes, blowing out a cloud of smoke as she did as she watching it dissipate into the cool air of the damp bathroom.
"So what's been happening these days with you girl, barely even see you around anymore," Lucien said as she took another deep puff, feeling the smoke seep into her lungs as she held it in for a few moments before she breathed it all out again. "I don't even see you at parties anymore which is sad."
Lucien looked over at Hazel, the older girl who had taken the seat beside her was someone who she actually didn't hate. Lucien didn't have female friends, ever. She had haters, followers or jealous bitches who would talk about her, never 'friends' so Hazel was special, Lucien and her used to have a lot of fun together but it seemed to have all just stopped one day.
