Nicholas had finally decided it was time to leave the house. He was sick of just working out and doing nothing. He hadn't seen Evie in a while and hoped she had calmed down. He had heard the witch Anastasia had joined the ranks and he didn't like the thought of working with her. She was too cocky for his liking and the truth was he almost felt threatened by her wits. He didn't want her to try and get his position because he really didn't want to have to kill such an asset. However he may take some pleasure in killing her.
He decided a drink would be nice though he knew there was only one place he could go where people wouldn't bother him. Well they might but it wouldn't be in a way he couldn't handle. He knew from now on he would be only welcome in places such as Knockturn Alley. He was the face of the new rising. He was the one people saw more than Liam. Liam was still hidden. He was the one people came to. He knew the Ministry didn't know who he was yet but it would only be a matter of time. So he made his way to the Gypsies Tavern for a drink.
He walked in wearing a dark black cloak and sat in the corner of the bar. He was in the shadows, more so than everyone else. He had his hood pulled up and knew that with the light, no-one would be able to make out his face properly. He only received one or two looks. He wasn't an unusual sight for the place, especially since no-one in here realised who he was or what he stood for. He ordered a drink and just sat there, watching the dark and rebellious witches and wizards talk and drink. He was only distracted when a very attractive girl slid into his booth.
He didn't bother raising his eyebrow at her, she wouldn't of been able to see it. She either had a death wish or was very confident in her looks or ability to protect herself. It was well-known knowledge that you didn't just go up to a dark wizard if you didn't know who they were. There was no way she knew who he was and he did no know her.
"May I help you?" He asked in a harsh voice. He was in public and if he had to reveal himself he didn't want people to think he was soft.
