Raven shifted her bag on her shoulder as she walked through the trees. School had been crazy lately, life had been crazy lately. Her head was spinning and she didn't know where she was going. She had lost contact with her brother, both of them. However, the way she was losing Layne was worse than with Oliver. Layne had this empty look in his eyes. He was sick, in his heart he was sick, his soul was sick. Raven wanted to heal him, more than anything, despite the hurt he always made her feel. She had woken up the other morning at home in dreadful pain, bumbs, cuts and bruises all over her. She had no clue how they got there, but she had an inkling that Layne did. And she knew whatever happened scared him. The redhead shook her head to remove the thoughts in her head as she moved branches out of her way. He was going to be there. Raven could feel it, her heart knew he was going to be there for it was pounding in her chest. As she got closer, her smile broadened(causing her hurt muscles to ache) and her steps got faster until she was running through the trees. She broke into the clearing and came to a stop as she stared at him facing her. That moment in time seemed like forever before she threw her bag to the ground and ran in his direction. "TEDDY!" She cried out happily as she jumped on him, wrapping her arms around his neck as she snuggled into him.

Teddy sat in their clearing, where he and Raven always were. It had been hard for him to not see her, she had been home for a few days and it had been killing him. He felt stupid, for being so...clingy but Raven was everything he ever needed and he didn't want to ever loose her. In all honesty, Teddy truly did believe that Raven was his soul mate, and he would do anything just to be able to wake up beside her every day for the rest of his life.
Twirling his wand around his fingers, Teddy just had to wait. He was so bored. Raven better be coming soon. The basket by his feet was being kept cold by the house elves magic, the small assorted treats and the cold pumpkin juice inside made for the perfect little picnic. He had already had a small biscuit for a nibble, but he was trying his best to hold out until his lovely girlfriend came.
He could hear the snap of twigs as someone was approaching, and a smile illuminated his face, his hair turning a golden yellow, springing into curls. He stood from his seat on the log, watching as Raven ran towards him as he caught her, picking her up with ease as he let out a laugh. "Hello my dearest Raven," he said, kissing her quick. He pulled back, looking at her with a smile, although it soon faltered at her wearied expression.
"What's wrong love?" Teddy said in concern, still holding Raven aloft in his arms.
