LOOKING FOR A MR. CHARLIE WEASLEY!!
So like it says in the big fat font above, we're looking for a Daddy for my girl Ever Weasley! Her History is basically this:
Missy had met Charlie when Charlie had been 30, and his mother had been nagging him to start thinking about marriage. It was then around that time when a young woman nicknamed Missy had come to the reserve with her dragon Lyra from the Dragon park in Sweden. The two hit it off instantly and for the first time in Charlie's life he had found a girl that had actually had similar interests and could keep up with him in a conversation about both dragons and Quidditch which he thought was rare, since never had there ever been a woman so interested in both.
They never explicitly started dating, nor did he bring her to meet his family as he was afraid his mother would push for marriage and children, so they kept their relationship to just on the plantation. One day though, one of the Romanian Dragons Norberta killed Lyra when they had a fight over a male, soemething which was normal but it broke Missy's heart to see her dragon slain. Of course though Charlie stuck by Norberta's side, saying it hadn't been her fault and they fought badly and it ended up with Missy taking Lyra's body and leaving back to the Swedish reserve.
A month and a half after her return she had found herself pregnant, and too afraid to say anything as they were still on shakey terms, Missy kept the child secret and gave birth to a healthy little baby girl who she named, Evergreen so that no matter where she went or what she did in life, her life would be filled with abundance and life.
And so Ever grew up with her mother in a small town in Sweden, her mother having given up dragon keeping to look after her infant daughter, but it was when Ever was four, did her mother one day never come back from shopping, having been plowed down by a hit and run accident. That was when Ministry officials had run a DNA paternity test through the system and picked up Charlie's DNA and shipped her over to Romania with a worker, the wizard explaining the details but Charlie didn't even listen. He merely embraced the daughter he had never known, told her he'd be her father now and promised to make her the happiest girl in the world. And she was the happiest girl in the world from that moment on.
Charlie taught Ever everything he knew from Flying (he could have played for England if he hadn't gone to chase Dragons you know) to Dragons, to how to build a fire or scavenge for food if you were lost in the forest. She grew up loved by not only her father, but his co-workers who she all saw as uncles and grandpa's. It had been when she was five that her father took her home to the Weasley Burrow to introduce her to the family and she thrived under their love, finding friends in her cousins who were all the same age as she had never had children her own age to play with out at the reserve.
So her life went on like this, living out in Romania surrounded by Dragons and nature, but it was on her 9th Birthday when her father took her into London for a day, taking her shopping. He had lost her within the crowd that day, as the hustle and bustle of the shopping distract had the rather small girl overwhelmed with so many people. She doesn't recall much of what happened but she remembered hands grabbing at her and pulling her out into an alley and then everything went black.
When she awoke she was in some unfamiliar room on a mattress that smelled like unrine, gagged and tied. She tried her best to scream and yell but to no avail. So she just cried and wished her Daddy would come and find her soon. The man came in and spoke to her, many many sick and twisted fantasies of what he'd do to her and she just tried to block it out, wishing it all away. It was only when the man tried to stop her did she begin to struggle, hard. She even went as far as head butting him just like Uncle Sam had taught her, and her situation forced the first large bit of accidental magic out of her, the magic exploding the throwing the man cleanly through the wall into the next room.
He had not been happy at all. He had pulled out a switch blade and began to make small cuts long her arms and legs, oblivious to her muffled cries as he just took pleasure in the child's pain. It was only when the front door to wherever this place was was blown in and Charlie came in flanked by two aurors who Ever remembered being her Uncle Ron and his friend, Harry? She didn't have much time to think it over though as she was yanked up from the bed and pulled against a chest, the knife pressing hard up against her neck as the man threatened to kill her if her father didn't leave.
Ever could only look to her father with fear as she begged him to not leave her with merely just her bright blue eyes. She was so scared, she didn't want to die. It seemed her father sensed her fear as he took a step forward which seemed to annoy the male as he pressed the knife deeper. Ever couldn't tell who fired the first spell, or the second which had the man ducking but at some point in their blurred movement she felt the cool blade slip along her throat as hot blood spurted and she felt it soak through the pretty green dress her dad had bought for her for this special day.
She didn't remember much after that, but when she awoke she was in Mungos with her father at her side crying even in his sleep. He had explained to her that the bad man was never going to hurt her again, and that he'd protect her from that day on. Ever since then, Charlie Weasley grew very cautious about the people he let around his daughter, and he tried to keep her sheltered from the world as much as possible. Even when she had to go to Hogwarts he still made visits every so often to "give lectures" to the Magical Creature classes but he'd always check up on his daughter who, struggled at first to adapt to being at such a big place with so many people but she began to become used to it and gained many close friends who, never really asked about the thick scar along her thin neck, probably all too afraid.
So Ever grew, and graduated and was asked to even play for the Appleby Arrows but she refused, Dragons being her primary focus at the current time so she took on a role as a trainer instead, her father's fame for once being such a brilliant flyer in his days had her being highly sort for, although many men still doubted her strength. She soon showed them when she could easily outrun them and do twice as many push ups as them, having grown up doing physical labour or climbing the mountains of Romania weekly, so she was fitter than most people at any age.

So really, if you want to make him just center his history about these basics, but everything else is up to you for the Second Weasley son! We just really would like for our father, and if it comes to it we can offer up people for him too if you want plots!
